As you walk you see what seems to be a small fortune of art decorating the halls. Introduction World state of war II began on September 3rd, 1939, dickens days after Germany invaded Poland. Britain and France declared war on Germany because they promised to help Poland if anything happened. From the end of the First World War, the Germans carried hate in their hearts for all Allied land leaders. This was because of a peace treaty called, The Versailles Treaty. The Versailles Treaty blamed Germany for everything. It allowed them not to have submarines or an air force.Land was taken away from them, and they were only allowed to have a small army. On top of it all, the Germans had to pay for all damages the war had caused and take full responsibility for causing it. The Germans thought this was really unfair, and never forgave their government activity for this. Most of them joined new parties that promised to get revenge. One of the party leaders was an ex-soldier in the German army who swore to destroy both Weimar Republic and the Versailles Treaty. His name wa s Adolf Hitler. A HISTORY OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY-BRYN O CALLAGHAN) When Hitler came into power, he started with creating a stronger, new and improved German army. Although the Versailles Treaty said that Germany should refrain from all of this, he still went on. He made weapons, build warships and even a German air force. The treaty also said that the Rhineland should be demilitarized by the Germans. But in 1936, they marched into the Rhineland expecting a contradict from either Britain or France. But to Hitlers surprise no one tried to stop them.This gave Germany a boost of confidence that lasted throughout World War II. The League of Nations tried to prevent World War Two from happening but couldnt, only made matters worse. Firstly, they couldnt prevent a country from doing what they wanted. Secondly, if countries fought, the unite could not do anything about it. Thirdly, Germany never liked them from the beginning. So if the Versailles Treaty made up the League of Nations, it was destined to fail. The treaty couldnt keep tabs on one country, so how was it going to on many countries?

Letter of Persuasion

I hope this letter reaches you in good health and good graces. I am indite this letter to tell you about this persistent issue Eve had with my teeth. It all started when I was told that along with my four firmness teeth I had to get an bare tooth which was growing on the bottom right row, extracted as well. After the first grueling month of post wisdom tooth origin pain, came more problems. Now I have a hole in my mouth on that bottom right row and, I evictt go one meal still to this mean solar day without it bleeding, and let me remind you that my teeth were extracted about six to eight months ago and the hole still bleeds after a meal, snack etc.Which also makes it hard when you emergency to get food out of that hole. Because the gap is wide enough after every meal something gets stuck in there and if the hole is punctured with a straw, fork, toothpick, alveolar floss in efforts to get the food out, it will not only cause more pain but more bleeding as well. This explains wh y the gap is swollen, because its been stabbed multiple times in efforts to get the food out, so now its become sore. The days you do not have a straw, fork, toothpick or dental floss readily available, the food stays there making the pain more unbearable, and making it more possible for infections.Imagine having to deal with this everyday, and your a 16 year old boy with a Job which requires a gang of talking, and with every time you move your mouth, you feel a pain from this throbbing hole, which the doctors who took your wisdom teeth and your extra tooth out said would be handled by braces, all that would be needed was the insurance company to say yes. So after breakfast, dejeuner and dinner, I have to suck in a Ethylene or David to reduce the pain, swelling and bleeding, and each day that I take one, the drowsier I become, which makes It a lot harder for me to do my Job when Im extremely groggy.On top of all this my internal respiration has gotten heavier from after the ext raction of the tooth, especially when I lay down, my heart rate increases, and my breathing becomes earthshaking. I first noticed that I truly had a breathing issue when I was having a conversation with a friend, and he asked me had I been inning and I said no, and he said l can hear you breathing Before the operation my breathing was fine, I never had any Issues, I never even had asthma. Now when Im standing perfectly still or trying to go to bed, my constant deep breathing Is always there.So I am pen this letter today not plead for braces because of a minor overbite or cross-bite, but I truly hope that from my tale and Orthodontics narrative that my very serious oral condition will be taken Into deep consideration a second time around. Ever since my teeth were taken out I was assured that the pain loud only be temporary and once the Insurance approved for braces the hole would be unsympathetic up and the Issues would be gone but since that mathematical process date I have ha d more problems then ever before, which has Interfered with my schooling, work and everyday activities.I hope you take pity In the fact that I suffer everyday with this Issue and would Like nothing more then the Insurance company to help in conclusion see what I go through day to day. This led to a larger influx of immigrations. (GS 192) Compared to Frances full assimilation the Netherlands has put forward a multiculturalism approach, however this has taken a drastic change in the last decade, especially against Muslim immigrants.In the early 2000s Pim Fortuyn, a leader of anti-immigration and pro-assimilation party (Liveable Netherlands and latter attend Pim Fortuyn), voiced his opinion on Islam being a backwards religion and a threat to liberal European/Dutch ideals. Even though both countries had different policies of integration they both ended up in the same situation against Muslim immigration. How can these phenomena be explained in these democracies that embrace liberal ideals? For it was France, that in 1789, coined the motto, All men are born free and equal, but now it can be seen that some men are born more free and equal than others.The realistic conflict theory explains this situation as a reaction to materialistic scarcity jobs and housing. In the post-war era there was a surplus of jobs and also the need of cheap labor, the immigrants rushed in and filled these positions. However, after the slowing of the economic boom employment became scarcer. This led to higher un-employment grade and the native citizens started to see immigrants as a threat, leading to discrimination and pro-assimilation. Though this does explain a significant factor, there is still the growth of anti-Muslim sentiments.The Muslims arent the whole immigrants in France or Netherlands, but they are the ones who face the blunt of the attention. The majority of Muslims dont have problem with the West, most even are pro-Western, they support democracies and liberal views. Maybe, it is not the same as Europe or America but they are trying to find the middle ground and negotiate between the two.This is no different for the immigrants in France or Netherlands. Ahmet Yukleyen in his study of social movements in the Netherlands has focused on Turkish immigrants and the role religious movements have played a role in their lives. His studies give that there is not one Islamic front in Europe or a Euro-Islam as some have supported. Even though the Islamic community is one ummah, they all interpret and practice Islam in slightly different ways. The fundamental tenets are the same, but Islam is flexible according to time and go down taken from a historic or even contemporary perspective this can be seen. Euro-Islam was supposed to be the liberal Islam for European standards, the Islam with lacite, secular Islam. This view has been supported by pro-assimilates, like France. Each movement represents different set of ideals but each represents a facet of Islamic life in Europe. It also shows that Muslims can negotiate between European and Islamic ideals, f inding a niche their society. Not only that, but by having dialogue and inter-faith organizations an atmosphere of tolerance and multiculturism can flourish.
